Your Tasks
- In the first phase, you lead the Vision Theaterwerkplatz Lucerne process. For cultural policy issues, you work closely with the responsible person from the Department of Culture and Sports.
- Your content focus is on the potential analysis of urban development and city planning.
- You collaborate with a professional communications office as well as a process facilitation team that accompanies the entire process.
- You are responsible for coordination with various specialist offices of the city of Lucerne, the Lucerne Theater, and other relevant stakeholders, bringing people and ideas together for this purpose.
- You ensure the flow of information between the project team, commissions, and external stakeholders and prepare the planning report for the implementation of the vision.
- In a second phase, you are responsible for the further implementation planning of the structural-spatial tasks.
Your Profile
- You care deeply about the urban development of the city of Lucerne.
- You have a completed university degree in architecture, urban planning, or a comparable field.
- You have experience in interdisciplinary urban planning processes and have an affinity for cultural issues.
- You possess a broad and up-to-date repertoire of methods related to the mentioned areas of responsibility and apply them competently.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, demonstrate high communication and social skills, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You think analytically and strategically and can prepare complex content in an understandable and audience-appropriate way.
