Assembly Team Leader (100%)

The main tasks in your area of responsibility essentially include:

• Personnel and professional leadership of our six assemblers

• Creating the weekly assembly schedules including adjustment and monitoring

• Coordination of weekly planning with drivers and partners

• Close communication with our assemblers, the internal and external sales departments, end customers, specialist dealers and shipping companies

• Monitoring the deadlines of service reports as well as managing the feedback

• Deputising for our shipping manager:

• Creating the weekly route plans including adjustment and monitoring

• Creating and managing customs documents

• Grouping, allocating and adjusting deliveries as well as notifying customers

Ideally, you bring with you:

• A completed commercial or logistics basic training

• Further training as a logistics specialist is an advantage

• Several years of experience in a similar position

• Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP systems (SAP)

• Good knowledge of Expovit and Transsoft

• Organisational skills and cost awareness

• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
