Administrative Staff / Specialist Staff Caritas Mountain Deployment 80%
The Caritas Mountain Deployment office relieves Swiss mountain farming families who are in distress or difficult life situations by mediating voluntary helpers. The work deployments help Swiss mountain farmers in an unbureaucratic and solidarity-based manner and also make a valuable contribution to the maintenance of the cultural landscape in the mountain region.
Your tasks
Administrative Employee Mountain Deployment (50%)
Specialist Employee Mountain Deployment (20%)
Additional task (10%)
- Deployment coordination & quality assurance
- Telephone and written advice for interested parties and participants
- Processing of registrations and bookings via the booking platform
- Maintenance of website content
- Information hub of the office
- Knowledge management
- Creation of statistics for impact measurement
Specialist Employee Mountain Deployment (20%)
- Processing of support requests, on-site clarifications
- Quality assurance of deployments
- Representation of the program at grassroots organizations
- Accompaniment of day deployments of companies on site
- Support in the development of fundraising materials
- Collaboration in the further development of the program
Additional task (10%)
- Professional support of the head of the Swiss disaster relief office
Our requirements
- Completed 3-year commercial apprenticeship
- At least 4 years of professional experience in project administration
- Very good communication skills in German, good knowledge of French
- Excellent handling and high affinity for digital tools and database knowledge
- Analytical personality with a high ability to think in networks
- High level of communication skills towards different stakeholders
- Service-oriented and customer-friendly working style
- Initiative and reliable personality
- Empathy towards the different stakeholders
- Driver's license category B
- Interest in agricultural and social topics
