For our Bern location we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Project Manager Transport 100%

• Key Account Management including international large corporations
• Consulting and support of customers in the context of private and business moves
• Preparation of offers (including calculation, sales presentations, etc.) with the internal sales clerk, as well as participation in tenders
• Invoicing and general administrative tasks in daily business
• Regular telephone and written customer contact
• Various clarifications with internal and external parties in connection with orders
• Project management including cost responsibility & monitoring of execution at the customer as needed

• Enjoyment in customer contact in the field
• Experience in sales / field service is an advantage
• Teamwork skills and very good communication skills
• Excellent German skills; additional foreign languages such as French are an advantage
• Office user skills
• Driver's license category B
• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Experience in sales / field service is an advantage
• Experience in logistics (ideally in forwarding or moving industry) is an advantage
• Motivation to work independently and act solution-oriented
• Reliability and overview even in hectic times
