About the job
Your Tasks
- You lead a team of six employees in both professional and personnel as well as organisational matters
- Active participation in day-to-day business
- Ensuring proper preparation of medical devices as well as procurement of instruments and operational supplies
- Monitoring and coordination of the required documentation as well as IT data management (Instacount)
- Conducting employee interviews, setting objectives and assessments as well as recruitment
- You promote the professional and personal development of your team and maintain an appreciative and constructive feedback and team culture
- Budget responsibility in close cooperation with the management of the operating and intervention rooms
- Further development and compliance with quality management and actively contribute to the optimisation of process workflows
Your Profile
- You have completed further training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant STE II or training as a Medical Device Technologist and ideally have additional leadership training
- Several years of professional experience in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) or in a medical device reprocessing unit
- Sound expertise and practical experience with
- Initial leadership experience and knowledge in quality management are advantageous
- In stressful situations, you remain flexible and act in a solution-oriented manner
- You maintain transparent information flow and constructive communication and are open to change
- Confident handling of IT systems such as HIS, Instacount and the MS Office package
