Job description

We are looking for a Quality Project Manager specialized in the industrial sector to join our teams in the canton of Neuchâtel and lead the management and continuous improvement of quality projects with our industrial and watchmaking clients, in direct connection with operational and technical teams, to ensure process excellence and deliverable compliance.

Manage various quality projects in an industrial or watchmaking environment
Use the Ellistat tool for quality control and data analysis
Deploy and monitor quality action plans in connection with operational teams
Ensure communication and reporting to stakeholders
Identify and implement continuous improvement actions
Ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
Support teams in quality problem resolution
Participate in the capitalization of best practices within the department

🎯 Your profile

Significant experience in quality project management in an industrial or watchmaking environment
Mastery of the Ellistat tool is a plus
Proven experience in leading quality projects
Fluency in French and English
Knowledge of SAP, Looker, or Big Query systems is a plus
Comfortable with Lean manufacturing tools and methods (5S, VSM, DMAIC)
You demonstrate great autonomy and a strong sense of organization
You show excellent communication and analytical skills
