- Preparation and review of relevant export documents (customs declarations, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, EUR.1, export accompanying documents, etc.)
- Negotiations with trade partners, freight forwarders, and distributors worldwide to optimise transport costs and delivery times
- Examination, processing, and handling of letters of credit in close cooperation with banks and customers to ensure smooth payment transactions
- Quotation and order processing from confirmation to invoicing
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured working method and understanding of international trade processes and regulations

Responsibilities
- Management and development of export business across all modes of transport: air, sea, road, and rail- Preparation and review of relevant export documents (customs declarations, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, EUR.1, export accompanying documents, etc.)
- Negotiations with trade partners, freight forwarders, and distributors worldwide to optimise transport costs and delivery times
- Examination, processing, and handling of letters of credit in close cooperation with banks and customers to ensure smooth payment transactions
- Quotation and order processing from confirmation to invoicing
Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as completed further training as a foreign trade specialist- Several years of professional experience in export
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured working method and understanding of international trade processes and regulations
