Team Leader Nursing, Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse (80-100%)

Tasks

• You are responsible for leading and managing the staff and also take on daily responsibility
• Furthermore, you also take on tasks as deputy for the Head of Care and Nursing
• In addition, you ensure compliance with nursing quality and nursing processes and actively participate in all nursing shifts
• The workload can be chosen between 80-100%, depending on preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF, FH, DNII (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory) and already have leadership experience or are willing to undertake training in leadership/management
• In addition, you hold the SVEB I, are a professional trainer and possess good IT user skills
