Our company ( www.stasa.ch ) offers technical services in the fields of cable transport, piste groomer after-sales service, polymecanics, metal construction, construction machinery and special vehicles; it markets spare parts for ski lifts and various vehicles, as well as natural hazard prevention equipment and ski area development. It is part of the Téléverbier Group.
Retail Trade Manager CFC (M/F) at 100%
To complete our teams, we are looking for
Your tasks:
- Order and receipt management for the Téléverbier SA group
- Supplier follow-up and supply coordination
- Customer reception (counter, telephone, emails) and first-level technical advice
- Customer service for spare parts of Prinoth grooming machines
- Organisation of shipments in Switzerland and internationally
- Stock management and participation in inventories
- Follow-up and provision of internal tooling
- Carrying out technical tasks (e.g. manufacturing hydraulic lines)
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC in retail trade management or equivalent training;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written (minimum level A2);
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Initiative and organisational skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation;
- Ability to anticipate, prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Dynamism, responsiveness and good stress management;
- Flexibility and ability to cope with unforeseen events.
