Your main tasks
- Assessment of entitlement and provision of economic social assistance
- Advising people in social, health, legal and financial difficulties
- Promotion of professional and social integration
- Clarification, identification and securing of subsidiary benefits (unemployment insurance, daily sickness benefits, disability insurance, supplementary benefits, etc.)
- Independent case management, development and implementation of decisions
- Collaboration within the specialist team, with internal and external specialist agencies, institutions, insurance companies and authorities
You bring with you
- University of applied sciences degree in social work with professional experience in the field of statutory social assistance or equivalent training
- Appreciative attitude and understanding for people in emergency situations
- Consulting and negotiation skills, high degree of personal responsibility, self-organisation and resilience
- Commitment, eagerness to learn and enjoyment in co-creating in working groups
- Confident oral and written expression, administrative skills with a flair for numbers (KlibNet knowledge advantageous)
