- Independently processing invoices from collection to loss certificate within your area of responsibility (property and casualty insurance)
- Diverse telephone and written customer contacts including individual solutions for financial difficulties
- Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs, and clarifications of special cases
- Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting, as well as external entities such as debt collection offices and courts

Your Skills and Talents
- Completed commercial training or equivalent basic education
- Excellent French and German language skills (mandatory)
- Italian language skills are an advantage
- 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the Swiss Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (advantageous) or 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service
- Reliable, resilient, and open-minded personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact, and good communication skills
- Committed team player with a good sense of humor
- Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterize you
