The Service Management department is a central hub in the Finnova Services area. As an Office Manager, you are one of the good souls who support and relieve the other teams as well as our customers on various topics or are available as a contact person. The Service Management department is responsible for various areas to ensure smooth operation of the Finnova software for our customers. You are passionate about...
- creating and checking performance invoices and billing in Abacus
- initiating and controlling/accompanying various processes
- taking minutes of meetings
- creating and sending reports
- organizing events & receptions as well as guest reception
- administrative tasks
You impress us...
- with a commercial education and 2-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably with Abacus)
- with very good knowledge of MS Office (preferably Excel)
- through your reliability, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
- with a strong interest and initiative to continuously improve processes and workflows
- with your teamwork skills and commitment to seek solutions in the interest of all and your passionate dedication to Finnova
- through your very good German skills and fluent English skills
