What you will do with us:
- You care for and support people with dementia individually and in their familiar environment.
- You design the care process in collaboration with the clients and their environment.
- You coordinate the care planning.
- You work closely with other care professionals in a team and are part of the dementia team.
What you bring:
- You have completed vocational training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH (focus on dementia is an advantage). This is important because you are often working alone.
- You have experience in supporting and caring for people with dementia.
- You work independently, responsibly, and in an organized manner.
- You possess high professional and social competence.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a driver's license category B.
