My client is a family-run nursing home with various living arrangements. It offers both elderly people a protected home and adults with a mental impairment protection and security. Thanks to the well-qualified staff, it ensures residents a high quality of care as well as individual support. To complement the team, it is looking for a responsible

Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse, m/f/d (80-100%)

Tasks

• As team leader, you will take on leadership and planning tasks for a 10-person team (approx. 1 office day per week)
• You will also ensure the quality of care and compliance with care processes
• You will take on holistic and resource-oriented care of the residents according to their individual needs and the institution's guidelines
• As a specialist, you are the contact person for residents, relatives and family doctors
• Preparing care documentation and training apprentices complete your varied range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / DNLL / DNL / APK / PSYCH (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• A targeted leadership training or being on the way to it would be ideal
• You have already gained professional experience in long-term care (elderly / nursing home or psychiatry)
• Furthermore, you would like to take on responsibility and assume or enter a leadership position
• Do you see yourself as a competent, trustworthy and patient specialist?
