This existing general practice in the canton of Aargau - in close proximity to the city of Zurich - is currently being realigned and further developed. The medical foundation is in place: established patient base, infrastructure, several treatment rooms, and diagnostic options (including ultrasound).

What has been missing so far is a clear strategic and organisational development. This is exactly where the current phase begins: processes are being modernised, digital solutions introduced (e.g. online appointment booking, software upgrades), and the medical team is being structurally expanded to foster a dynamic team environment.

The entry is deliberately low-risk. The practice already exists, while at the same time offering the rare opportunity to actively help shape and develop it further.

Your tasks:

• Independent general medical care of an existing patient collective
• Active participation in shaping practice procedures, digitalisation, and further development
• Optional: involvement in the supervision of assistant doctors (also partially possible in home office)
• Medium-term supervision of assistant doctors
• Building up and shaping a modern general medical offering

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (or equivalent recognition) or Practical Doctor
• Interest in entrepreneurial work and co-creation
• Enjoyment in building and further developing structures
• Candidates from Germany are also welcome
• Openness to new working models (e.g. combination of practice / telemedicine)
