We are a leading law firm present throughout Switzerland with locations in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Sion, and Zurich, as well as a branch office in Shanghai and Tokyo. Our clients are national and international companies in Switzerland and abroad.
At our Bern location, we are looking to complement the existing team immediately or by agreement with a
Legal Assistant 50 – 60%
Are you a creative organizational talent looking for the challenge of managing the secretariat of a partner and their team?
In this role, you will ensure the smooth organization of all administrative activities, thus facilitating the daily work of your team. You will handle general correspondence, ensure the management and digitization of files, and be responsible for billing and dunning. Additionally, you will record and manage deadlines, coordinate appointments, maintain the agendas of the responsible lawyers, support the associations they manage, and organize client and association events.
What we are looking for
You have a commercial or comparable basic education and ideally have already gained professional experience in a similar position. You possess very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as an interest and flair for IT solutions with very good knowledge of MS Office. French language skills are an advantage. You are an independent, service-oriented, and team-oriented personality who maintains an overview even in hectic times and sets priorities correctly. Discretion and precise work are a matter of course for you.
