Your tasks
As a Business Consultant / Analyst, you are able, due to your excellent analytical, methodological, and communication skills, to develop goal-oriented analyses and actionable solutions to strategic challenges and support our clients in the conception and implementation of innovative and integrated solutions.
You accompany our clients from the formulation of requirements to the implementation of new processes and tools, using both your consulting skills and your competent handling of technical challenges. You enjoy working independently in interdisciplinary teams and take on responsibility as a partial or project manager. You continuously and with great interest pursue the expansion of your network.
Your profile
Completed master's degree in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering or an equivalent education related to IT and/or digitalization.
Enthusiasm for digitalization and the associated potential for companies.
At least 2 years of professional experience in business consulting or business analysis.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to make an impact even in complex situations.
Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative.
High methodological and social competence.
Confident German and English skills.
Willingness to travel – within Switzerland and to nearby foreign countries.
Residence in Switzerland.
