processing air freight shipments export
preparing freight documents (AWB) and shipment dossiers
billing services
contacts with foreign agents
preparing offers, developing and providing expert advice for customers
support in import customs clearance - as a secondary task - you will be well trained (not expected to already know this)
general commercial activities related to the forwarding business
Requirements
Training as a freight forwarding clerk completed in 2026 (also gladly with completion in summer 2024/2025)
practical air freight knowledge naturally welcome
IT
User knowledge of MS Office programmes / mainly Word / Excel
common forwarding software
Languages
German: spoken + written very good
English: spoken + written good (at forwarding level)
Age
approx. 20 - 30 years / due to team constellation
Start of Employment
possible at short notice, or by arrangement
