To strengthen our purchasing team in Emmenbrücke, we are looking from

Team Leader Operational Purchasing (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• You handle and process all operational procurement tasks and act as an interface/hub to logistics, sales, and the craftsmen centers
• Analyze the various locations and product groups to ensure supply and optimize costs
• Monitor prices and deadlines, process orders via the ERP system (SAP)
• Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics processes, handle quality reports
• Support and lead the small purchasing team of 3 people (10% to 20% of a full-time position)

Your qualities

• Commercial or technical basic training, with additional training in purchasing or logistics
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in trade, and first experience in team management
• Good SAP and Excel skills
• Willingness to travel to various locations within German-speaking Switzerland
• You have an independent and customer-oriented personality. You are resilient, proactive, and know how to assert yourself and communicate. You are stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and flexible
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
