About the job
The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Holistic care at Adullam includes a high quality standard, lived humanity and great respect for old age.
Good geriatric care thrives on relationships and good leadership provides the framework for this.
Sometimes a place is needed where not everything has to get faster – but more conscious. With us, the person is at the centre: our patients as well as our employees. We believe that good care arises where expertise, responsibility and humanity work together.
