Specialist in Facility Maintenance – for an exciting permanent position
Activities
- Maintenance and upkeep of gardens and outdoor areas of our properties in the cantons of Obwalden, Nidwalden, and Lucerne
- Proper operation and maintenance of garden machines and equipment
- Carrying out maintenance work on green and hard surfaces
- Independent as well as team-oriented execution of daily tasks
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through reliable and careful work
- Compliance with safety regulations and work guidelines
- Support during winter service in the winter season
Requirements
- Experience in garden or outdoor maintenance
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B (mandatory)
- Trailer test advantageous or willingness to obtain it
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
- Willingness to work in winter service
