Your Tasks
As a commercial overall responsible person, you are the central contact person at our location and are in close exchange with the team and our management for finance and controlling. You actively shape the commercial area and drive these topics both strategically and operationally:- Execution of projects (depending on complexity up to joint venture tasks, negotiation and awarding of services and deliveries in coordination with project and construction management)
- Assumption of overarching commercial responsibility for the assigned companies
- Budget, forecast, and result control, as well as control of capital commitment and liquidity planning
- Responsibility for financing issues, guarantees, and warranty matters in collaboration with finance/controlling
- Communication and coordination with strategic partners, subcontractors, and internal departments; as well as contact person for external partners
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business or real estate (FH/Uni) or corresponding experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
- Several years of professional experience in commercial activities in the construction sector
- Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law (e.g.: VOB)
- Very good MS Office tools knowledge
- Network of subcontractors or craftsmen in the southern German region is desirable
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
