tilia offers people from the age of 18 who are in need of care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards resident and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your Task
- Main responsibility for the care of the FaGe/AGS learners in their living area
- Empathetic and professional care & support for our residents
- Important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- Assumption of daily responsibility, after appropriate introduction
Our Requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- Health professional (or DN I or FA SRK) with professional experience or diploma nursing specialist HF/FH (equivalent)
- Experience and joy in accompanying FaGe/AGS learners
- Certificate as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to complete this
- Very good oral and written German skills, good understanding of dialect
- Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
