KEMARO AG is an innovative Swiss technology company based in Eschlikon TG. With the K900, we have developed the world's first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial use – setting new standards. Over 50 dedicated employees work daily on our success story.

As a Marketing Growth Manager, you will be part of our growth marketing team and actively support our growth as well as the development of new markets. You will work operationally on data-driven marketing, performance marketing, and B2B partner marketing for our international dealers and partners.

• Testing, development, and implementation of lead generation campaigns and new growth channels.
• Optimization of landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates (e.g., CRO, A/B tests).
• Co-design of customer journeys that turn prospects into customers.
• Building and further developing nurturing programs and automated campaigns.
• Monitoring relevant KPIs as well as simple reporting across channels and funnel stages.
• Close collaboration with sales and customer success to develop joint growth approaches.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in B2B marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
• Interest in new techniques for lead generation (AI), funnel optimization, and data-driven marketing.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, marketing automation, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Analytics.
• Analytical thinking combined with creativity and a "test-and-learn" mentality.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality who wants to take responsibility in projects.
• Very good German skills (mandatory) as well as good English skills.
