Michael, Philipp, Michaela and 4 other colleagues from the agile Customer Lifecycle Management team in Basel are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• You analyse and structure professional requirements together with the specialist departments and back office and translate these into viable IT solutions.
• You design and develop customer journeys and business processes within our Business Process Engine (BPE) and core banking system.
• You develop, operate and automate our specialist applications and ensure their continuous further development.
• You apply modern software engineering principles and actively shape our transformation towards DevOps.
• You support the migration of our on-premises applications to the cloud and contribute to the further development of our platform.

What we benefit from

• You have a solid education in computer science (FH, university or equivalent) and bring good theoretical foundations in software development, data structures and software engineering.
• You have initial experience in software development and are interested in business analysis, process modelling and software engineering.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You want to familiarise yourself with the topics of Business Process Engine Flowable, Platform Engineering and the Core Banking System Avaloq.
• You are curious, courageous and ready to continuously engage with new technical and banking-related topics.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and take responsibility for your solutions.
• You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and communicate appropriately for the audience – both with IT colleagues and with employees from the specialist departments.
