Your Challenges

- Design and further development of the financial strategy as well as definition of relevant KPIs
- Building a future-proof, scalable finance and controlling system
- Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and intra-year control processes
- Further development of internal reporting (management reporting, dashboards, automation)
- Responsibility for accounts payable and receivable processes as well as monitoring payment transactions and banking
- Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements and their HGB reconciliation for group controlling
- Preparation of evaluations, reports, and answering queries from various departments
- Responsible for the preparation of financial and liquidity planning
- Contact person for management, board of directors, and representation of Switzerland (finance area) within the group
Your Profile
- Completed training in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of ERP and BI systems
- Knowledge of HGB is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with good communication skills and decisiveness
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of numbers
