The WABE Foundation supports adults with disabilities and offers 38 residential, 20 day structure, and 30 sheltered workspaces. For over 30 years in Wald, we have been committed with heart and professionalism to quality of life, self-determination, and social participation. In Group Home 1, seven women and men of different ages with cognitive and multiple disabilities live together. Our interdisciplinary team accompanies and supports them in their individual daily lives, personal care, and leisure activities. Additionally, the group home offers an integrated day structure that provides residents with additional stability and support. To complement our team, we are looking for an SRK Care Assistant or AGS for the day service 50 - 80% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks
- Holistic care of residents in daily life, leisure, and social environment - from guidance to personal care
- Collaboration in a two-person team as well as with relatives, specialist services, and other operational areas
- Administrative tasks such as documentation and coordination
- Empathetic and committed personality with joy in working with people with disabilities
- Completed training as a care assistant SRK, assistant in health and social services, or first
- Reliable, team-oriented, and responsible
- Good perception and reflection ability for targeted needs assessment
- Willing to learn and motivated for continuous professional and personal development
- Meaningful work in a manageable institution
