Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing Temporary Assignment for approx. 6 Months
Activities
- I am allowed to independently create, adjust and optimise CNC programmes.
- I am allowed to propose and implement process improvements.
- I am allowed to make technical adjustments in the manufacturing process.
- I am allowed to coordinate with design, production planning and quality assurance.
Requirements
- I have completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ.
- I have experience in CNC manufacturing (turning, milling).
- I am familiar with CAM software and CNC controls (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens).
- I am proficient in using measuring instruments and understand the requirements of quality assurance.
- I can read and implement technical drawings.
- I work reliably, independently and in a structured manner.
- I have a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
- I have good PC skills as well as experience with Office applications.
- I am a team player, quality-conscious and open to new technologies such as automation and digitalisation.
- I am willing to work flexibly on different machines, depending on requirements.
