In this role, you will strengthen our research focus on Corporate Responsibility. You will acquire and lead research projects on ethical issues in the use of artificial intelligence, the further development of ethics and compliance functions in companies, as well as the implementation of corporate responsibility in international supply chains. Our institute is characterized by high commitment, solid expertise, the use of scientific methods, and a broad network. Together as a team, you will work on complex issues and develop scientifically sound solutions for our business partners. In addition, you will teach in the bachelor's and master's degree programs of our university of applied sciences.

Your profile
- Consecutive master's degree in business administration, doctorate advantageous
- Solid knowledge of a broad spectrum of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience in business and science on the topics of the research focus Corporate Responsibility
- Experience in acquiring, leading, and conducting applied research projects
- Teaching experience and didactic training advantageous
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
