What is my role?

• You lead and coordinate a motivated warehouse team in the building materials sector

• You organise the daily workflows and ensure a smooth flow of goods

• You take responsibility for goods receipt, storage, and dispatch

• You take care of inventory control and optimise warehouse processes

• You conduct employee discussions and promote the development of your team

• You ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards

• You work closely with other departments such as purchasing and sales

• You also pitch in yourself when needed and are a role model for your team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in the warehouse sector or have a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with building materials

• You have already gained some leadership experience or want to take the next career step

• You hold a forklift licence and handle industrial trucks confidently

• You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are strong in communication and can motivate and guide your team

• You have good PC skills and experience with warehouse management systems

• You are physically resilient and like to pitch in
