The Aeschlimann AG Décolletages in Lüsslingen, Solothurn, has been the specialist for ready-to-install precision parts for over 80 years. With our more than 250 different machining machines, from proven conventional production methods to the most modern robot-equipped CNC machining centers, our 160 employees process a wide variety of materials into workpieces with a maximum diameter of 120 millimeters. Our customers are well-known companies from the medical technology, automotive, machinery, and watch industries. We are looking for a reliable and committed doer as a CNC Professional 80-100% (m/f) in the area of turning and milling machines.
These tasks are part of your responsibilities
  • Setting up and monitoring state-of-the-art CNC turning and milling machines from DMG Mori
  • Programming new parts and optimizing existing programs using CAM and ISO code
  • Independently determining the machining and tool strategy
  • Continuously monitoring quality and performing inspections using measuring machines
  • Filling out and maintaining production and quality documents We expect from you
  • Basic mechanical training (polymechanic or production mechanic (m/f))
  • Solid knowledge of milling and turning technologies
  • Knowledge of FANUC control
  • Doer mentality and high sense of duty and responsibility
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style
  • Good German skills in spoken and written form You can expect from us
