Building Technician HVACSE (a) 100%- Operation, monitoring and preventive maintenance of all technical systems including annual maintenance planning, technical documentation and assistance with multi-year planning
- Regular rounds, inspections and measurements
- Coordinating, accompanying and supervising third-party companies
- Carrying out repairs and relocations
- Performing and reporting on chargeable work/additional services
- Processing maintenance tickets, technical statistics, orders and invoices
- Providing on-call service
- Completed technical training with a Federal VET Diploma
- Several years of professional experience in building technology (HVACSE) and proven experience with complex building technology systems as well as building management systems
- Knowledge and experience in control and regulation technology is an advantage
- Good PC skills and enjoyment in using various internal tools
- Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
- Impeccable character (criminal and debt register)
