Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of healthcare services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:
Chief Resident (Deputy) in Vascular Surgery (F/M) at 80-100%
Contract type: 12-month rotation, extendable by 12 months
Start date: November 2026 or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- Federal medical diploma or equivalent title recognised by MEBEKO
- Postgraduate training in vascular surgery close to obtaining the specialist title (ISFM)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in surgery, including significant experience in vascular surgery
- Progressive autonomy in managing hospitalised and outpatient patients
- Strong interest in modern vascular surgery and comprehensive patient care
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Clinical care of patients in scheduled or emergency vascular surgery
- Participation in surgical activity, supervised according to the level of autonomy
- Participation in on-call duties and continuity of care
- Close collaboration with medical and nursing teams and supervision of assistant doctors
- Participation in interdisciplinary conferences and clinical meetings
- Active contribution to the quality and safety of care
- Engagement in a specialised training completion dynamic
