Your tasks
- You accompany children, adolescents and adults through the night and help ensure they feel safe and secure.
- To guarantee a restful night’s sleep, you create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
- You provide comprehensive care by supporting medical and therapeutic matters.
- You carry out monitoring and documentation of your work according to the required quality standards.
- Through close cooperation with the day service, you ensure 24-hour care.
Your profile
- You have training as a health or care specialist (EFZ) or are a nursing specialist (BP, HF/FH).
- You enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults, and thanks to your creative problem-solving skills, you can respond flexibly to different situations.
- You appreciate working independently during the night and gladly take on responsibility.
- We are looking for an open and motivated personality who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary environment.
- You look forward to becoming an integral part of an empathetic, appreciative team and bring a touch of humour.
