The Faculty of Business and Economics for its teaching and student affairs service is looking for a bachelor manager: student files, exams, archives.
Job-related information
Start date: April 1, 2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: 3 to 6 months, possibility of renewal
Activity rate: 40-50%
Workplace: Lausanne Dorigny
Your activities
In your activities, you will be led to:
- Ensure the administrative and logistical aspects of managing Bachelor student files
- Assist the student affairs service in organizing and conducting exam sessions
- Guide students in university, faculty, and program regulations
- Manage the archiving of SEAE
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- CFC or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in administration, executive secretariat, logistics
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, openness to change
- Good listening and communication skills (written and oral)
- Professionalism, rigor, analytical skills, priority management
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Very good knowledge of common computer tools
