About us:

In this role, you take on the technical ownership of our central IT platforms and actively develop them further – with a strong focus on automation, AI-supported workflows, and modern cloud architectures.
Your mission:
You are not an administrator but a creator: You recognize potentials, make technical decisions, and implement them together with internal teams and partners.
Your tasks:
- TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP – oversee & ensure
- You keep the technical overview of our entire infrastructure landscape and ensure that all systems are operated stably, securely, and performantly
- You recognize technical risks, vulnerabilities, and need for action – proactively, not only when something is urgent
- You are responsible for the technical operational quality in the areas of Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, network, endpoint management, and security services
- You have the technical depth to intervene yourself in incidents if necessary
- SERVICE OWNERSHIP – coordinate & drive forward
- You are the technical interface to our managed service provider: you define what is needed, provide technical specifications, and ensure that the implementation is correct
- You check whether what is delivered is technically correct, complete, and sustainable
- You know when to implement yourself and when to coordinate and delegate
- You work closely with the CDIO, the IT team, and external partners
- FURTHER DEVELOPMENT – evaluate & shape
- You continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and solution approaches and assess their benefits for mobilezone
- You identify modernization and consolidation potentials in the existing infrastructure and bring in concrete proposals
- You develop decision bases and technical concepts – and accompany their implementation from the idea to productive operation
- You actively drive automation and efficiency improvements and ensure that technical decisions are documented and shared within the team
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, IaaS, Networking, Automation) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
- Experience in operating infrastructures (on-prem and cloud) as well as network services
- AI Native Mindset: You naturally use AI tools in everyday work (analysis, documentation, automation, decision-making) and think systems automated from the start
- Experience in using AI and automation to increase productivity and technically simplify platforms
- Scripting skills for automation (PowerShell, Powerplatform Automation, or comparable)
- Technical foresight: you not only understand what is but think about what should be
- Hands-on mentality combined with structured, responsible working style
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
