To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Passenger Car Center Schlieren a competent and experienced person as Service Advisor 100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Preparing cost estimates for customers and insurance companies, recording and processing workshop orders up to billing
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive training and, preferably, further training in the commercial field
- First experience in a similar role
- Good MS Office user skills as well as good English skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners, and customer-oriented demeanor
- High commitment, teamwork, and flexibility
