The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home. At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.
- Professional and individual care and support during the night
- Ensuring the safety, orientation, and well-being of the residents
- Recording, planning, and evaluation of the care process
- Collaboration with the day teams and careful handover
- Participation in team meetings
- Training as a nursing specialist HF, recognised tertiary long-term care specialist, or equivalent qualification
- Independent and responsible working style - quality and safety are your focus
- Resilience
- German language level at least B2
- Strong social skills, team and communication abilities
- High service and customer orientation
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
