What you can achieve
- Overall financial responsibility for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow of the C5I division together with the division management
- Development and further enhancement of controlling and management instruments including reporting, forecasting, and multi-year planning
- Analysis and commentary on business developments as well as review and approval of financial offers and business cases
- Ensuring financial compliance & governance, including investment planning, calculation guidelines, and internal control system (ICS)
- Leadership and coaching of a small team as well as promotion of young talents
- Management and participation in cross-divisional finance and transformation projects
What you bring with you
- University degree (Master; University/FH) in business administration with a focus on finance, complemented by relevant further training
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including several years in controlling and leadership – ideally in a scaling IT environment (DevSecOps model is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER / IFRS, SAP S/4HANA, and modern reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinking skills, strong presentation skills
- Experience in change management, process optimization, and project management
- Native German speaker, English and French skills are an advantage
