Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on complex production systems and machines

• Systematic monitoring of production systems and professional analysis as well as resolution of technical faults

• Active participation in the continuous improvement and optimisation of the existing machinery to increase efficiency

• Support and execution of assembly work during the installation of new production systems

• Independent manufacture of spare and wear parts on CNC machines using Master Cam and Okuma lathe

• Maintaining technical documentation and maintenance records

• Close collaboration with production to ensure smooth operations

• On-call duty for emergencies and unplanned fault rectifications

• Participation in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent technical education

• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance of production systems

• Solid knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and various welding processes

• Valid NIV Art. 15 authorisation for restricted electrical work

• Experience with CNC machines and CAM software

• Technical understanding and analytical skills for fault diagnosis

• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style

• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts

• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities

• German spoken and written, English skills advantageous

• Resilience and commitment even in hectic situations

• Willingness for continuous further training in the technical field
