The Le Relais Foundation has been working for over 50 years to support the integration of adults and young adults in difficulty. It is recognised for its expertise in the fields of socio-professional integration, exclusion, and addictions.

Among its various structures, each responding to a specific need, Relais 10 is a specialised care unit of the "open environment" type for people severely affected in their health. These individuals suffer simultaneously from isolation and social disconnection.

We are recruiting a:

Your mission :

• Support for adults in great difficulty, affected in their health, within the framework of an integration process; psycho-social support;
• Administrative support related to their files, assistance with income management;
• Management of housing-related issues;
• Support for access to healthcare, prevention, and health promotion.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor HES degree in social work or an equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting adults in difficulty;
• Experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry;
• Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurance;
• Motivation for teamwork and a sense of responsibility;
• Skills in managing complex administrative files;
• Driving licence essential.
