- Complete order processing from A-Z in the field of metals, steel
- Coordination of technical requirements with customers, internal departments, suppliers
- Monitoring delivery dates, coordination as a hub function
- Participation in projects and customer visits (national)
- Professional experience in a technical environment as a technical clerk and order processing, ideally in the metal sector
- Very good language skills in German and English in spoken and written, French a big plus
- Good ERP knowledge, MS Office
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Flexible working hours
