The vocational school Lenzburg is a competence center for vocational education and training. As an active and innovative vocational school with its own further education center (wbz; adult education), it offers an inviting and state-of-the-art environment for learning – for the profession and beyond.
To complement our janitorial team, we are looking for a janitor with a federal certificate 80 – 100% starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Maintenance and operation of technical facilities and systems (new wbz building; commissioning in summer 2026)
- Proper care and maintenance of the outdoor and green areas on our campus
- Performing winter services
- Operation and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Organization and execution of repairs as well as coordination of external service providers
- Assistance in the training and supervision of apprentices in the area of facility maintenance
- Various administrative tasks
We expect
- Completed vocational training and further education as a janitor with a federal certificate
- Practical professional experience, technical and gardening flair as well as manual skills
- Enjoyment of working outdoors
- Friendly demeanor, strong service orientation, and assertiveness
- Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Teamwork skills
- Good communication skills and negotiation ability
- Flexibility and resilience, especially in handling various tasks and demands
- Good IT user skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
