Your tasks
- leading preliminary proceedings including supervision and right to issue instructions to the police
- conducting criminal investigations (case management) effectively and efficiently
- filing charges and personally representing the prosecution before first and higher courts
- issuing penal orders, dismissal, non-prosecution, and suspension orders
- filing appeals
- performing on-call duty
Your profile
- Completed law degree
- Preferably with a lawyer's license and/or forensic further training
- Qualified knowledge of criminal procedure law and criminal law
- Experience in handling criminal cases and appearing in court
- Diplomatic skills and assertiveness
- Integrity, resilience, and ability to handle conflicts
- Willingness to actively contribute to the team
- Swiss citizenship
