Department Manager: Freshness Island

Tasks

The Freshness Island department under your responsibility means that our customers enjoy a fresh experience every day when shopping.
Always available, always beautifully presented: This is how product sales work for you.
Charcuterie and convenience products in self-service as well as the open cheese section: You take care of these with passion.
You are also happy to assist in the production of sandwiches, pizzas, and various house specialties.
If customers of the hot food counter have questions or special requests, you are there for them.
We are a team that respects each other: You live this credo daily and thus ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

Completed basic training in gastronomy or retail? Or relevant professional experience in sales? Then you are right with us.
You are familiar with the processes in a department with a service function.
You love advising people and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
Preparation of convenience products? You are experienced in this.
You have a very good command of German – both written and spoken.
Regarding working hours, you are flexible. You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
