Your mission
Your main role will be to assist our clients with all their labor law questions and to supervise the work carried out by the less experienced members of our legal team in this area. You will work directly with the head of our legal department and participate in its development. You will also contribute to supporting our Zurich teams.
Your responsibilities will notably include:
- Drafting and adapting employment contracts, amendments, and agreements
- Developing and reviewing company regulations and internal guidelines (e.g., teleworking, travel, absences, etc.)
- Providing advice on occasional or complex client issues
- Creating and delivering training for our clients on labor law
- Personalized support during dismissals, preparation of termination agreements, negotiation of these agreements, and definition of the overall strategy.
- Advising our clients regarding time tracking, overtime management, and all related issues
- Analysis and interpretation of collective labor agreements
- Assistance during collective dismissals and business transfers
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor and a Master in law (a lawyer’s license is an asset)
- You have 4-5 years of successful professional experience in a similar position
- You have excellent knowledge of labor law
- You have worked in a law firm, legal department, fiduciary, and/or legal protection
- You have excellent written and spoken command of French and English. German is an additional asset.
- You have very good analytical skills, are pragmatic, and enjoy working in a team
- You master Word and common IT tools
- You are organized, know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines. You also have good adaptability
- You are used to dealing with clients
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, are motivated and dynamic
