- As part of our consulting team, you support and promote the implementation of hospital hygiene measures to prevent nosocomial infections and the spread of multi-resistant pathogens
- Your diverse activities also include creating guidelines, participating in outbreak/epidemic investigations, and conducting and interpreting infection surveys
- The interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration makes an important contribution to patient safety and makes this position an exciting job with great responsibility
- With your expertise, you actively contribute to creating a safe and caring environment for our patients. Your work in the interdisciplinary team promotes quality and cohesion throughout the hospital
Your experience
- You are a trained specialist in infection prevention or have completed vocational training as a certified nurse or certified operating room technician with the willingness to complete further training as a specialist in infection prevention
- You approach challenges in a structured and pragmatic way, keep a clear head even in demanding situations, and can handle resistance. These skills help you develop sustainable and practical measures in a sensitive area such as infection prevention
- With your strong communication skills and sensitivity, you can professionally and appreciatively point out the need for change. This is crucial to drive changes forward and create acceptance within the team and other departments
- Your joy in researching and your ability to convey complex findings clearly and practically support you in developing guidelines. Very good PC skills, especially in Excel, enable you to perform precise analysis and presentation of infection data, which is essential for success control and further development of hygiene measures
