Activities

Support in a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introducing and accompanying our MNA in their new environment
Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
Supporting and contributing to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
Organizing as well as guiding and situationally assisting in the internal employment program (Workfare): preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning; enforcing hygiene regulations, supporting cooking and minor repair work
Organizing and carrying out admissions, discharges, and transfers
Intervening in emergency and crisis situations, managing conflicts and supporting in difficult situations
Supporting close cooperation and coordination with social educators

Requirements

Completed school education and/or vocational training
2 years of professional experience in the asylum and refugee sector desired
Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, and special private extract)
Career changers possible
