To strengthen our team in the Marketing department, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed Artwork & Brand Operations Project Leader (m/f/d), 100%, at the Basel Headquarters location.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- You are responsible for the further development of production processes and workflows.
- You optimize brand governance structures.
- You support the implementation of new tools and systems.
- You are responsible for budget monitoring in the area of artwork and production and resource planning for internal and external partners.
- You ensure cost-optimized production processes.
- You are responsible for project planning and tracking across all campaign materials.
- You coordinate external service providers (printing companies, adaptations, final artwork)
Your profile
- You have a completed degree or training in graphic design, media production, or project management; further training in project management is an advantage.
- You bring several years of experience in artwork, packaging, or brand management, ideally in the private label, retail, or FMCG environment.
- You have solid knowledge in final artwork and production processes (print & digital), including artwork processes such as approvals, validations, proofing, and sample inspections.
- You have experience in brand management and corporate design systems.
- You have a strong quality and detail orientation with a high sense of responsibility.
- You speak fluent English; German / French is also an advantage.
