Production Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are responsible for optimising and monitoring our production processes. You ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment and continuously develop improvement measures. You plan and coordinate production processes, conduct fault analyses, and implement solutions to increase efficiency. Additionally, you work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards and achieve production targets.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production technology, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in production technology or a production environment

• Sound knowledge of manufacturing methods and production processes

• Experience with Lean Management and continuous improvement processes (CIP)

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities

• Good German and English skills
